Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Refund Policy

SBE and EBE offer a variety of digital services and subscription plans. Refunds are not automatically provided and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are limited to the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Refunds will not be granted if the user has accessed, generated, or downloaded any valuation tools, reports, market analyses, or has listed a business on the platform.

Refund Eligibility for Subscription Services

Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If a technical issue on our end prevents access to a core platform feature and is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be granted.
  • First-Time Cancellations Within 7 Days: If a new user cancels within 7 days of initial sign-up and has not accessed or used any platform tools or services, a full refund may be requested.
  • Service Downtime: If the platform experiences more than 48 consecutive hours of unexpected downtime, a pro-rated refund or account extension may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds for Annual and Prepaid Plans

Refunds for annual or prepaid plans may be issued on a pro-rata basis, calculated by the number of full unused months remaining in your subscription term, less a 30% early termination fee, provided that no reports or listings have been accessed.

Once a refund is processed:

  • Access to the platform is immediately revoked
  • All listings and uploaded documents become inaccessibl
  • Any previously generated reports will be removed from your account

Example:
If you purchased an annual Solo Plan for $2,159.89 and request a refund after 5 full months of usage, the calculation would be:

  • 7 months remain in the 12-month term
  • Monthly value: $2,159.89 ÷ 12 = $179.99/month
  • Refund value before fee: 7 × $179.99 = $1,259.93
  • Early termination fee (30%): $1,259.93 × 0.30 = $377.98
  • Final refund amount: $881.95

This example is provided for illustrative purposes. Actual refund amounts may vary depending on your subscription plan and usage.

Subscription Renewals and Cancellation

All subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal dates are visible in your account settings.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise noted.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email our support team at admin@elitebusinessexchange.com with your account details, purchase reference, and the reason for the request.
  • Step 2: Your request will be reviewed within 10 business days, and we may request additional information.
  • Step 3: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Step 4: If denied, a written explanation will be provided.

If a request is denied, users may submit a one-time appeal within 5 business days by replying directly to the denial email.

Immediate Account Restrictions Upon Refund

If a refund request is approved, the following restrictions will be applied immediately:

  • Access to reports, listings, document storage, and buyer messaging will be disabled
  • All platform access will be revoked
  • Any in-progress transactions will be frozen or terminated

Refund Payment Method and Chargebacks

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on file. If that method is unavailable, CNH Holdings Inc. may offer an alternative method at its discretion.

Important: If a chargeback is initiated with your financial institution before submitting a refund request, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and related subscriptions.

Modifications to This Policy

CNH Holdings Inc. may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Limitation of Refund Liability

Refund eligibility and calculations are governed solely by the terms of this policy. CNH Holdings Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from subscription cancellations, refund denials, or account restrictions related to refund enforcement.
