SBE and EBE offer a variety of digital services and subscription plans. Refunds are not automatically provided and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are limited to the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Refunds will not be granted if the user has accessed, generated, or downloaded any valuation tools, reports, market analyses, or has listed a business on the platform.
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
Refunds for annual or prepaid plans may be issued on a pro-rata basis, calculated by the number of full unused months remaining in your subscription term, less a 30% early termination fee, provided that no reports or listings have been accessed.

All subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal dates are visible in your account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise noted.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
If a request is denied, users may submit a one-time appeal within 5 business days by replying directly to the denial email.
If a refund request is approved, the following restrictions will be applied immediately:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on file. If that method is unavailable, CNH Holdings Inc. may offer an alternative method at its discretion.
Important: If a chargeback is initiated with your financial institution before submitting a refund request, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and related subscriptions.
CNH Holdings Inc. may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Refund eligibility and calculations are governed solely by the terms of this policy. CNH Holdings Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from subscription cancellations, refund denials, or account restrictions related to refund enforcement.
